WHO WE ARE

Coast & City LLC was established in 2017 by a group of investors who had a deep understanding and love for coastal California real estate. We at Coast & City LLC have a combined 50 years of real estate experience. We leverage that experience and the vast network of real estate professionals we work with to identify and acquire trophy properties which meet our strict investment criteria and model.

After acquiring the target real property, we set out to maximize the value. We do this by working closely with our engineers, designers, and real estate professionals to improve the property and maximize yields. Our strategy has proven to work time and time again with our performance outpacing the market year on year. Our success is evident in our strong growth over the first 5 years of operations and our excellent reputation in the market.

Our risk averse and technical approach to investments allows us to choose our path whether it be short-term gains or long-term holds. Coast & City LLC is interested to meet like-minded investors who will co-invest in future projects. We also offer our expertise as a service to support investors in allocating the right property to meet their requirements.
